2022年通过“集中统一配租+日常定向配租”方式，为各类人才新增供应政府组织配租的住房2200余套，供给力度居全市前列，且紧邻惠州大亚湾，周边配套商品房储备量大、价格低，有效满足创新人才居住需要。未来将探索跨区域建设大型安居工程。
