2019年发布区委一号文，明确了创新优先发展的战略定位。2020年修订出台《深圳市坪山区关于加快科技创新发展的若干措施》及配套政策，形成“九大支持计划”，对平台和载体、创新人才创业、科技创新企业成长等分别给予支持，构建了“基础研究＋技术攻关＋成果产业化＋科技金融＋人才支撑”全过程科技创新生态体系。

Innovation policies

　　In 2019, the No.1 document from the CPC Pingshan District Committee was issued to prioritize innovative development as a strategic orientation. A full set of policies oriented towards different kinds of talents, platforms and enterprises, including Measures for Accelerating the Development of Technology Innovation in Pingshan District of Shenzhen Municipality along with detailed supporting documents, have been put forward, forming a 9-scheme incentive framework that has taken into account the whole ecological chain of technological innovation, namely “basic research + key technology projects + commercialization of IPs + finance for technology + Talents”.
