From pocket parks on bustling streets to large parks on serene mountains, the scent of flowers lingers in the air, inviting visitors to pause and immerse themselves in the natural spectacle.

Julong Mountain Ecological Park 聚龙山生态公园

Julong Mountain Ecological Park is very spacious with massive greenery, lakes, and wetlands. In spring, residents don’t have to travel far to other districts to appreciate cherry blossoms as the park has pink and red cherry blossoms on a 22,000-square-meter land, as well as Chinese roses, kapok, and bauhinia flowers.

Guangzu Park 光祖公园

Only 2 kilometers away from Julong Mountain Ecological Park’s north entrance, Guangzu Park is an ideal place where citizens can admire magnolias in spring.

Maluan Mountain Country Park 马峦山郊野公园

March and April are the best times to admire birdwood’s mucuna flowers. With distinctive curved petals, it is one of the most beautiful wildflowers in Pingshan. The 6.5-km-long Mucuna Trail from Huangzhukeng Village in the north of the Maluan Mountain to the Gengzi First Uprising Old Site is a route with the most abundant wild birdwood’s mucuna flowers in Pingshan. Along the trail, there are 10 spots to view the flowers, which have been decorating this land for tens of thousands of years, being an indispensable part of the ecosystem.

Jingui Village 金龟村

At the 300-year-old Jingui Village, one can also admire birdwood’s mucuna flowers.
