Spanish magician Salvador Vicent Martizez, better known as York, will give a show at the Shenzhen Poly Theater in October.

He won the national championship of magic of Spain in 1997. In 1999, he started his international performing career and performed in Portugal, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, the United Kingdom and other European countries. He won the Merlin Award in Paris in 2001 along with David Copperfield. The Merlin Award is to magic what the Oscar is to the movies.

In 2009, he was the guest performer for the 24th World Magic Conference sponsored by the International Federation of Magic Society. Through his performing gestures and expressions, York can create lifelike illusions, rollercoaster stories and stirring forces through marvelous situational magic for an audience who will be deeply lost in his performance. Nothing seems impossible in York’s magic world.
