The PAM Virtual Museum, originally launched in 2021 at the Pingshan Art Museum (PAM), has now reopened with new artworks and enhanced virtual reality (VR) experiences.

One featured work is “DSL Collection,” which explores the complex relationship between the virtual and the real. The curatorial team has selected pieces from eight prominent Chinese contemporary artists whose works are part of the DSL Collection, co-founded by Sylvain Levy. “DSL Collection” allows visitors to explore and engage with the artworks within a large, free-roaming VR exhibition hall.

Anther work is Xie Xiaoze’s “Meditation on the Library Cave,” which offers a captivating virtual journey through the Library Cave at the Mogao Grottoes, a historic site renowned for its exquisite relics.
