Glow Shenzhen 2024, a spectacular light festival, officially commenced on the evening of Dec. 18, showcasing a dynamic array of light displays across the city.

In Pingshan, residents can visit the Pingshan District Central Square to embark on a dazzling journey of light and shadow. Emphasizing a commitment to low-carbon and sustainable development, the light show features installations created by teachers and students from the School of Design and Innovation at Shenzhen Technology University.

High technology has been utilized in these light displays, creating a unique ambiance where technology meets nature. Projections depicting patterns of blue waves flow across the dry creek, reminiscent of a shimmering river, which includes five interactive spots for visitors to experience. Twenty exquisite 3D-printed artificial intelligence (AI) parameterized lights are placed beside the dry creek, creating a mesmerizing landscape. Additionally, AI-generated videos are showcased on screens nestled among the trees, highlighting Pingshan's key industries, innovation, and vibrancy.
