The Shenzhen Pingshan District Government Service Center has launched six integrated “one-stop” service packages, enabling residents and businesses to complete multiple related procedures with one queue number and one visit.

The six packages cover business registration changes and cancellations; permits for beauty salons and barbershops, cinemas, and swimming pools; one-time payment of medical insurance contributions after retirement; and identity verification for Hong Kong and Macao residents.

The initiative focuses on key services that are frequently used by businesses and residents, closely related, and in particularly high demand. It integrates procedures previously scattered across multiple service counters and stages into coordinated, bundled services.

Residents only need to take a single queue number for all related procedures at the Shenzhen Pingshan District Government Service Center. After they complete the procedure at the first counter, staff digitally transfer their applications to the next counter, eliminating the need to queue again.

Going forward, Pingshan will continue to refine the process based on user feedback, making government services more convenient, efficient, and user-friendly.
