Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) recently held its 6th Auto Culture Festival, bringing together cultural showcases, hands-on technology experiences, industry–university–research collaboration, and exchanges with other schools.

At the opening ceremony, students from SZTU’s racing studio unveiled four new vehicles: Aurora-26, Hurricane-26 U10, FLASH-26 E3, and INFINITY-26 (A11).

With support from the China Society of Automotive Engineers, PACCAR Inc. donated three DAF trucks to SZTU for teaching and research.

On campus, visitors could explore a display of 100 classic fuel-powered and new-energy vehicles, spanning from the 1980s to today. The exhibition traced the evolution of global automotive technology alongside the development of China’s auto industry. Featured brands included BYD, Huawei, Xiaomi, Tesla, NIO, Zeekr, and Mercedes-Benz.

Inside the vehicle performance testing lab, well-known domestic modification brands and car enthusiasts gathered to showcase modified parts and prototype vehicles, promote knowledge of legal vehicle modifications, and foster a positive modification culture.

The festival was also opened to local primary and secondary schools, communities, and partner regions that receive aid from Pingshan. More than 1,000 students, teachers, and parents visited the racing studio, the SF Smart Logistics Lab, the urban rail transit lab, and the drone innovation space, learning about technology through interactive experiences.

During the event, SZTU held a job fair. More than 30 companies, including NIO, CATARC, SF Express, and China Life, offered over 500 positions, attracting more than 300 resumes submitted on site.
