Eight teams from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), featuring players from more than 22 countries and regions, will compete in the tournament, which runs through March 15. Matches will be broadcast live across multiple platforms, including WeChat Channels, Douyin, and other livestreaming services.

The competition follows the standard 11-a-side format, with a group stage followed by crossover knockout rounds. Matches are scheduled for weekend afternoons and evenings, with a break for the Spring Festival holiday. Subsequent fixtures will be held at the Shangxue Technology Park Sports Park in Longgang District.
At the Jan. 25 opening ceremony, Pingshan District signed a framework agreement for high-quality development with Shenzhen Subdistrict Super League Cultural Development Co., Ltd., and unveiled the Pingshan Soccer Youth Training Center. Equipped with professional facilities and training programs, the center is aimed at nurturing young soccer talent and helping the sport take root and thrive in Pingshan.
