On March 13, the Pingshan Urban Construction Investment Smart Park launched a comprehensive service center that offers governmental, corporate, and industrial services to companies within the park.

The center integrates resources from various government bureaus in the district along with property management and talent services provided by Urban Construction Investment’s affiliated companies. Additionally, it collaborates with law firms, banks, and telecommunications providers to offer a wide range of services.

Among the key features are an international talent work station, a legal service station, and a human resources service station. Companies can benefit from legal aid, dispute resolution, legal consultancy, labor file management, and labor dispute mediation, among other services.

The center also provides consultancy services and assistance with various matters such as company registration, industrial subsidy applications, social insurance, and notarization. Several self-service machines are available for companies to handle matters online. Furthermore, at “open desks” in the center, businesses can access resources from professional organizations covering areas like industry insights, intellectual property, investment, financing, law, and taxation.
