For the people of Guangdong, fresh flowers are an essential part of the Spring Festival, and flower fairs signify the approach of Chinese New Year. The 2025 Shenzhen Spring Festival Flower Fair began Jan. 22, with each district in the city hosting its own unique events.
In Pingshan, residents can visit the district’s central park, which is adorned with vibrant fresh flowers, festive decorations, snacks, and games. The fair is set up at the park's camping site, where visitors can relax, enjoy drinks, and immerse themselves in nature. Additionally, a sub-venue of Pingshan’s flower fair is located at the Yuelin Space shopping mall, with 18 other venues across all subdistricts.

Festive decorations, snacks and handicraft items are also on sale at the flower fair.
As the Spring Festival approaches, Pingshan’s streets come alive with the vibrant sights and sounds of the season. From red lanterns to colorful decorations, Pingshan is transforming into a holiday wonderland.
