Intelligent construction technologies are revolutionizing the development of high-rise residential buildings in Pingshan District. 

At the Shahu affordable housing construction site in Biling Subdistrict, a variety of robots are employed, including eight designed for expansive areas, nine tailored for precise work in confined spaces, and specialized facade-spraying robots for tall structures. The presence of lightweight machinery resembling “blue hats” can be observed atop these edifices, methodically ascending to elevate the buildings towards the sky.

Situated at the crossroads of Pingyan Pass and Nanping Expressway Phase 3, the Shahu affordable housing site spans 49,000 square meters with a construction area of 286,000 square meters. Currently, five towers are steadily ascending, with plans to introduce a grand total of 2,671 apartments upon project completion.
