A delegation comprising editors-in-chief and heads of overseas Chinese-language media organizations embarked on a tour of Shenzhen on May 22, gaining insights into the city's cutting-edge sci-tech innovation and development.

Their itinerary included visits to the headquarters of the new energy vehicle manufacturer BYD in Pingshan District, the Shenzhen Park of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, and Guangming Science Town.

Impressed by Shenzhen's welcoming environment for science, technology, and innovation, the delegation lauded the city's technological innovation capabilities and significant development prospects.
