Pingshan to welcome four new shopping malls

Four new shopping malls will open in Pingshan District this year, providing a total of 206,000 square meters of high-quality commercial space. These shopping centers will infuse a fresh shopping and dining experience into the local communities and are poised to fuel the progress of the district's economic development through an array of amenities and services. It is reported that brands intending to set up shops at the malls include BMW, Hakka Yu, Max City and Atour.

YZ Mall, a forthcoming shopping complex located at the intersection of Renmin Road and Zixing Road in Kengzi Subdistrict, is expected to open in May. Situated adjacent to Kengzi Station on Metro Line 14, the mall spans a commercial area of 40,000 square meters, offering a fusion of shopping, dining and entertainment services.

Yuelin Space, located at the intersection of BYD Road and Xinhe Road, in close proximity to the Dawan Ancestral Residence, stands as Maluan Subdistrict's first large-scale commercial complex. Encompassing approximately 60,000 square meters, this comprehensive shopping mall is slated to open its doors in August.

Jiayangli, located at the intersection of Longping Road and Xinhe Road in Pingshan Subdistrict, is within a short distance from Xinhe Metro Station. Enveloping a sprawling 60,000 square meters, this mall is projected to open towards the year's end.

The Andwe shopping mall is adjacent to Julong Mountain Park in Kengzi Subdistrict. Located at the intersection of Qingsong West Road and Cuijing Road, Andwe will have a total commercial area of about 46,000 square meters upon its opening later this year.

Andwe is a commercial brand operated by Shenzhen Talents Housing Group Co. Ltd. The project is geared towards fostering a congenial neighborhood environment within the city. A notable plan is the construction of a flyover linking the Andwe shopping mall and Julong Mountain Park, facilitating convenient access for residents to mountain treks.
