YZ Mall, a forthcoming shopping complex located in Kengzi Subdistrict, is expected to open in May. Situated adjacent to Kengzi Station on Metro Line 14, the mall spans a commercial area of 40,000 square meters, encompassing seven floors. The first four floors are designated for shops and a supermarket, while the fifth and sixth floors will be earmarked for a hotel, offering a fusion of shopping, catering and entertainment services.

According to the project spokesman, YZ Mall aims to become a part of residents' lives. He expects the leisure shopping center will infuse a fresh shopping and dining experience into the local community. The mall is also poised to fuel the progress of the area's economic development through an array of amenities and services.
