The official website of the People’s Government of Pingshan District has secured the seventh position among Chinese districts and counties in the national government website evaluation rankings, according to a recent conference held by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center (China Software Test Center) in Beijing.

The Pingshan website’s policy platform has integrated approximately 28,000 national, provincial, municipal and district policies. With the support of fully automated and timed data collection technology, the website ensures data consistency and continuous updates.

Additionally, with a smart tagging system, the website sets up seven primary tags and 100 secondary tags, accurately matching applicable policies for users, thereby achieving precise policy positioning and targeted notification. For searching services, it provides intelligent prompts and enables intelligent conversion from Pinyin or colloquial phrase inputs, allowing users to instantly find what they are looking for, thus enhancing the users’ experience.

This year, the Pingshan website has restructured and redesigned five channels and 29 featured columns to effectively improve the reading and information accessing experience.

In the future, Pingshan will continue to enhance the government’s online service and strengthen the role of the government portal website as the primary platform for information disclosure.
