Two large shopping complexes will open in Pingshan District in 2024, providing a total of 110,000 square meters of high-quality commercial space.

Yuelin Space, near the BYD headquarters, is the first large-scale commercial complex in Maluan Subdistrict. This comprehensive shopping center covers approximately 60,000 square meters. Inside the shopping mall, the design features simple and bright colors. With an atrium reaching 6 meters in height, the mall is grand in stature. Next to the podium, there will be about 5,000 square meters of open-air space where markets and parent-child activities will be held.

After its opening in June 2024, Yuelin Space will be a great place for residents and tourists to enjoy dining and entertainment. It is reported that brands intending to set up shops at the mall include Wanda Cinemas, KFC, Starbucks, Naixue, HeyTea, Luckin Coffee, La Cesar, Watsons, HotMaxx, Huawei, Apple, Mi, Nike, Adidas, and other well-known brands.

Another shopping complex, Andwe, is adjacent to Julong Mountain Park in Kengzi Subdistrict. Located at the intersection of Qingsong West Road and Cuijing Road, Andwe will have a total commercial area of about 46,000 square meters. The construction is expected to be completed in January 2024, with an opening date set for Oct. 1, 2024.

Andwe is a commercial brand created by Shenzhen Talents Housing Group Co. Ltd. With a mission of co-building a friendly neighborhood in the city, the project will include a flyover between the Andwe shopping mall and Julong Mountain Park, enabling residents to access the mall conveniently after climbing the mountain.
