Pingshan will build community concert halls to enrich the cultural life of local residents, according to a cooperation ceremony held recently in the district.

At the ceremony, Z&F Cultural Architecture Co. Ltd. in Pingshan signed agreements with the German piano brand Steingraeber & Söhne KG and the German organ company Alexander Schuke. Both German brands have histories going back more than 200 years.

Zhao Jingxin, head of Z&F Design Research Institute, introduced the community concert halls, saying that these halls will be cost-effective and multifunctional spaces to host small concerts, dramas, dances, salons, fashion shows, wedding ceremonies, and more.

Ltd., said that they have decided to establish community concert halls in Pingshan because the district values cultural development and is committed to providing high-quality cultural services to citizens. Meanwhile, Pingshan has attracted an increasing number of high-tech companies and talents who prioritize cultural consumption. “By building concert halls close to their homes, residents can have a better cultural experience,” said Liu.

The signing of the agreements reflects Pingshan’s competitiveness and thriving development in cultural industries. From January to September, the revenue growth rate of sports, cultural, and entertainment companies with annual main business revenue of at least 20 million yuan in Pingshan reached 56.5%, ranking first among the city.
