Pingshan has recently revised the district’s industrial development funding policies that cover manufacturing and service industries, as well as integrated circuits and the digital economy.
The policies focus on the key areas and crucial aspects of current manufacturing industry development. In the future, additional policies will be introduced in accordance with the development of industries and new market changes.
Before the policies were launched, surveys were conducted with hundreds of companies, and opinions were extensively sought from entrepreneurs, professional consulting firms, and others. Based on the characteristics of each industry’s development and the urgent needs of the companies, 58 tailored supporting measures were formulated, designed to accelerate the ongoing construction of an optimal business environment.
For example, under the policy, the district’s industrial support funds will be given within the same year of application, setting a record for the shortest time for fund allocation in the city.
Integrated circuit enterprises can receive a maximum reward of up to 50 million yuan when they settle in the district. For companies purchasing electronic design automation (EDA) design software (including software upgrades) or signing software licensing contracts, a subsidy of up to 50% of the actual expenses will be provided (with a maximum limit of 3 million yuan). For the purchase of domestic EDA design software, a subsidy of up to 50% of the actual expenses will be provided (with a maximum limit of 4 million yuan) to accelerate the development of automotive chips.
Additionally, a number of intelligent factories, workshops, and production lines will be selected each year to receive a maximum reward of 3 million yuan. For production-oriented service enterprises in software and information services, scientific research, and technical services, this policy provides a series of subsidy support for aspects such as settling in the region, housing, capacity expansion, and revenue growth, with a maximum support of up to 5 million yuan.
For the construction of commercial supporting facilities and public canteens within industrial parks, the policy offers subsidies of up to 4 million yuan and 500,000 yuan, respectively.
