One-stop government service offers convenient experience

A total of 33 government affairs public service areas have been established in government service centers around Pingshan, providing comprehensive services to residentsin a convenient and streamlined manner.

At the Shenzhen Pingshan District Government Service Center, the “Government Affairs Public Service Area” sign can be easily spotted at the entrance. Inside, there are various areas for policy consultation, information inquiry, self-service and data filing. 

On the public information shelves, there are government bulletins, service guidelines and promotional brochures. Electronic display screens are installed that play animated interpretations, emergency warnings, and Pingshan government information, enabling citizens to easily obtain government information.

In addition, the government affairs public service areas also provide self-service for information disclosure and government services through quick online access and QR code scanning. By using onsite computers and scanning the displayed QR codes, citizens can get access to governments’ websites to know about policies and public participation in local activities.
