Shenzhen announced the beginning of the construction of 266 projects at a conference centering on high-quality development yesterday.

Twenty of the projects will be implemented in Pingshan with a total investment of 10.1 billion yuan, and 3.4 billion yuan will be invested this year.

The projects cover areas including industrial development, people’s livelihoods and infrastructure facilities.

Among the projects, 10 are aimed to boost industrial development, including Pingshen International Digital Logistics Harbor, Shenfubao Science and Technology Ecological Park, and the second phase of Microgate Intelligence Park.

Pingshen International Digital Logistics Harbor will be located in Longtian Subdistrict and cover an area of 114,000 square meters. It will serve as a demonstration center for the integration of high-end manufacturing and smart logistics to help enterprises in the harbor to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Shenfubao Science and Technology Ecological Park is also located in Longtian Subdistrict with an area of 42,000 square meters. It will accommodate enterprises in the fields of 5G, cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, mobile Internet and biomedicine.

Microgate Intelligence Park, also to be located in Longtian Subdistrict, will cover an area of 4,100 square meters to support the development of filters manufacturing in China and increase the supply of made-in-China radio-frequency ICs to facilitate the growth of China’s electronics industry.
