Three buildings of the first phase of the Pingshan new-energy vehicle industrial park were recently topped out, Shenzhen Special Zone Daily reported.

The industrial park, located in the Kengzi Subdistrict of Pingshan District, covers a total area of 107,800 square meters and will provide an industrial space of 321,000 square meters. As the first project of the Shenzhen new-energy vehicle industrial base, the industrial park is a mixed-use development site for research and development, office, and manufacturing facilities.
