Residents of Pingshan District can book helicopter flights to Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport, Shekou Cruise Homeport and other destinations via the WeChat miniprogram “空中的士出行” (Aerial Taxi). Tap “专线出行” for point-to-point transport or “空中游览” for sightseeing tours.
Point-to-point transport
On the “专线出行” page, select your departure (出发地) and destination (目的地). For example, to fly from Pingshan to the airport, select 深圳 (Shenzhen) → 坪山 (Pingshan District) → 坪山国际会展中心 (Yanzi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center) as your departure point, then Shenzhen → 宝安区 (Bao’an District) → 宝安机场 (the Bao’an airport) as the destination. The same steps apply for Shekou Cruise Homeport (蛇口邮轮母港), which is located in Nanshan District (南山区).
Tap “下一步” (Next) to pick a departure time and the number of passengers, then tap “预约” (Reserve) to confirm your booking.
There are also flights to Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macao, Zhuhai, Dongguan and other parts of Shenzhen. If the “咨询客服” (Contact Customer Service) button appears in place of “下一步”, it means the route is not a regular service — call 400-0755-001 for a customized charter.
Pingshan currently has no entry/exit point, so passengers from Pingshan cannot fly directly to Hong Kong or Macao.
Sightseeing tours
On the “空中游览” page, you can choose aerial tours of Longgang, Futian, Nanshan, Yantian, Dapeng, Luohu, Longhua and Dongguan, as well as special routes for couples and families with children. These routes cover iconic sites and offer breathtaking views of mountains, sea and cityscapes.
Passenger notice
Read “乘客须知” (Passenger Notice) for safety and luggage rules before booking. Mobile phones, photography and videography are permitted during the flight. There are no restrooms on board. Pets and smoking are prohibited.
Passengers must be at least 3 years old. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult; each adult may accompany up to two children. Passengers over 65, those more than 32 weeks pregnant, or those with serious illnesses must provide a medical certificate and a signed disclaimer from a family member. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or other chronic conditions are advised not to fly.
Fare and insurance
The fare includes aviation seat insurance; passengers may purchase additional accident insurance if desired.
