Pingshan Children's Library, the city’s first district-level library for children, opened on April 24.

The 3,323-square-meter library is located at the Huahan Science and Technology Building in Longping Road, Pingshan District. 

The three-story library is designed to house 100,000 books and now has a collection of 50,000 books for children. It also has function rooms for role plays, training, playing with toys and an audiovisual room.
