Shenzhen is offering more than 10,000 apartments in 109 communities across the city for graduates who complete their studies between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2025, and are seeking jobs in the city. These graduates can stay rent-free for 15 days.

While rent is waived, graduates are responsible for water and electricity bills, as well as cleaning fees ranging from 6 to 10 yuan per day upon departure. A refundable deposit of 500 yuan is required upon arrival. Graduates who wish to extend their stay beyond the initial 15-day free period can benefit from a rental discount and a 188-yuan coupon applicable toward rent.

The apartments are equipped with essential amenities, including furniture, air conditioning, and a washing machine.

Eligible graduates can apply for the free accommodation through the “安居乐寓公寓” WeChat account. To apply, select “深梦系列” in the WeChat menu, then choose the “深梦扬帆” section. Applicants can enter location keywords (for example, 坪山 for Pingshan District) to search for available apartments and select accommodation dates.

Applicants must provide proof of their education and are eligible for the free 15-day accommodation only once. Since the application requires verification, it is recommended to apply at least five days before the intended stay.

In Pingshan District, the free apartments (安居乐寓坪山店) are located in Dawan New Village (大万新村). To get there, take Shenzhen Metro Line 16 to Pinghuan Station (坪环站), then walk south about 600 meters.
