Fresh college graduates who come to Pingshan for work have the option of temporary living — Shenzhen Youth Community or Grads Home (青年驿站).

The Shenzhen Youth Community Project is a nonprofit program initiated by the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League for fresh college graduates who seek jobs in Shenzhen. It offers seven-day free accommodations.

The Pingshan Grads Home is located within Vienna Hotel on Pingshan Boulevard, which is 3.3 kilometers away from Pingshan High-speed Railway Station, with nearby Metro and SkyShuttle transport options. Each bedroom is equipped with a bathroom, heater, air-conditioner and free Wi-Fi. Laundry and free parking facilities are available.

The grads home also features a book bar, an activity room and a conference room, providing graduates with various services such as transport guides, rental instructions, talent policy interpretation, career advice, and team-building activities.

Eligible applicants must be fresh college graduates looking for jobs in Shenzhen and without residency in the city. Applicants must provide proof of their health and can only secure Shenzhen Youth Community’s free seven-day accommodation once.
