Fresh university graduates who come to Pingshan for work can enjoy temporary accommodation at the Shenzhen Youth Community, also known as Grads Home (青年驿站). The program offers 15 days of free lodging.

The Shenzhen Youth Community Project is a nonprofit initiative launched by the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League to support fresh graduates seeking employment in Shenzhen.

The Pingshan Grads Home is located within Sparrow Mansion (燕子公馆), just 5 kilometers from Pingshan High-speed Railway Station, with convenient access to Metro and SkyShuttle transportation. Each bedroom is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom, water heater, air conditioner, and refrigerator. Additional amenities include laundry facilities, fitness equipment, meeting rooms, and activity rooms, offering graduates a range of services such as life guidance and job information.

Eligible applicants must be recent college graduates or have graduated within the past two years, currently seeking jobs in Shenzhen without local residency. Applicants are required to provide proof of good health and can only use Shenzhen Youth Community’s free 15-day accommodation once.

To apply, use the WeChat miniprogram “青年驿站” or visit the website https://home.szyouth.cn/  . Since the application involves a verification process, it is recommended to apply 3 to 15 days before the desired move-in date.
