Pingshan Urban Construction Investment Smart Park

The Pingshan Urban Construction Investment Smart Park is an industrial park positioned for advanced manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, integrated circuit, and new energy and intelligent connected industries. 

Spanning an extensive area of 45,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 246,000 square meters, the park features high-rise vertical factories. Situated at the junction of Cuijing Road and Lanzhu East Road, it also includes commercial establishments, conference rooms, apartments, and various public amenities, offering a conducive environment for enterprises.

Leveraging Pingshan's strengths in the new-generation information and technology sector, the park has successfully attracted a diverse range of high-caliber firms in semiconductor technology, integrated circuits, and smart devices. 

Through strategic partnerships with prestigious institutions and research entities, the park fosters collaboration among production, research, and academic endeavors, facilitating the accumulation of innovative resources.

The park is near Technology University Station on Shenzhen Metro Line 16.

Shenzhen Hong Kong Biomedicine Industrial Park

The Shenzhen Hong Kong Biomedicine Industrial Park covers an area of 52,000 square meters and provides an industrial area of 172,300 square meters. The park integrates high-quality industrial space with accommodation, production and research and development. The park focuses on medical device and R&D-oriented biomedicine enterprises in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, while considering the spatial needs of projects at different stages, including small-scale testing, pilot production, and full-scale production.

The Shenzhen Hong Kong Biomedicine Industrial Park is located at the intersection of Rongtian Road and Danbi Road in Kengzi Subdistrict, and near Shatian Station on Shenzhen Metro Line 14.

Biomedical Enterprise Accelerator Phase 1

The Shenzhen Biomedicine Innovations Industrial Park, or Biomedical Enterprise Accelerator Phase 1, located in the State Biological Industrial Base in Kengzi Subdistrict, is a grand biotechnology industrial park for high-growth small and medium-sized enterprises. Covering more than 120,000 square meters, the park can provide a total industrial space of 293,000 square meters. 

The park focuses on medical devices, biomedicine and healthcare. It has gathered more than 100 biomedicine companies and has technological advantages in the fields of in vitro diagnostic reagents, intelligent medical device R&D, high-end interventional consumables, and cell therapy. It is becoming an innovative hub for the biomedicine development in Shenzhen and plays an important role in leading scientific and technological innovation and industrial clustering.

With various service organizations and platforms in the park, such as Guangdong Medical Device Quality Surveillance and Testing Institute, and Delta Company, the park provides services such as inspection and testing, registration and declaration of clinical trials, and instrument and equipment sharing for businesses. In biomedicine, multiple platforms have been gathered to provide services including drug screening, synthesis, R&D, production, preclinical testing, clinical trial application and drug safety evaluation for enterprises. At the end of 2021, the Greater Bay Area International Vaccine Innovation Center, covering an area of more than 3,000 square meters, was put into operation in the park. It is China’s first international vaccine innovation center.

The park is located on Jinxiu East Road and near Shatian Station on Shenzhen Metro Line 14.

Biomedical Enterprise Accelerator Phase 2

Biomedical Enterprise Accelerator Phase 2, located in the State Biological Industrial Base in Kengzi Subdistrict, covers an area of 106,000 square meters. With a construction area of 689,500 square meters, it integrates scientific and technological innovation, industrial incubation, project development and supporting services.

Adhering to efficient, professional and flexible development concepts, the park has introduced internationally renowned CRO+CDMO+CSO institutions for the biopharmaceutical and medical device companies in the park, creating a one-stop service platform for the whole industry. It strives to establish an internationally influential incubator, scientific and technological innovation base, and industrial clustering area.

Biomedical Enterprise Accelerator Phase 2 is located on Juqing Road and near the Shatian Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 14.

Pingshan New Energy Automobile Industrial Park

The Pingshan New Energy Automobile Industrial Park is located in the National New Energy Industry Base. Covering an area of approximately 70,800 square meters with a total construction area of more than 510,000 square meters, the park includes production plants, R&D offices, apartments, restaurants and commercial facilities. It is home to a group of new energy enterprises such as BYD, Capchem, Ebusbar and Skywell.

By introducing the Shenzhen Automotive Research Institute of Beijing Institute of Technology and leveraging its advantages in advanced technology and high-end talents, the park is being built into an open and integrated industrial park that combines new energy vehicles (NEV), intelligent connected vehicles (ICV), new energy storage R&D, light production, and technological experience and exhibition, integrating urban functions with industrial elements, and providing strong support for Pingshan’s development in the NEV, ICV and new energy storage industries.

The park includes China’s first smart prefabricated high-rise vertical factory with buildings higher than 100 meters. With a maximum floor height of 10 meters, each building is equipped with super-sized car freight elevators that can directly go up to the third floor for unloading, while smaller vehicles can take the elevator up to the 17th floor. The factories provide super-high load capacity and space for equipment used for manufacturing NEVs. Additionally, vertical and on-site logistics are also taken into consideration.

The park also has daily life facilities, including canteens, apartments, shops, restaurants, healthcare centers, bank branches, conference rooms, hotels, libraries, clinics, gyms, and more. It is located on Julongshan Road and near Shatian Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 14.

Shenfubao Science and Technology Park

The Shenfubao Science and Technology Park is near the Shenzhen Pingshan Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Covering an area of 42,000 square meters with a planned total construction area of approximately 190,000 square meters, it includes factories and office buildings, and will attract investments in high-end sectors such as 5G, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, mobile internet, and biopharmaceuticals, aiming to create a more advanced industrial space carrier.

The park is located on Jinxiu West Road and near Pingshan SkyShuttle’s Bonded Area Station.

ZC Biomed Park

Located in Shenzhen State Biological Industry Base, ZC Biomed Park is positioned as a biomedicine and small-scale production base, focusing on high-tech companies engaged in cell therapy, gene therapy, chemical drug formulations, high-end medical devices, innovative drug R&D, and precision manufacturing.

Covering approximately 27,500 square meters and with a construction area of more than 120,000 square meters, the park is located on Linhui Road and near Metro Line 14’s Shatian Station. 

Yesun Pingshan Life and Health Technology Park

Located in Shenzhen State Biological Industry Base, Yesun Pingshan Life and Health Technology Park plans to introduce a CDMO platform for biomedicine and medical device companies, a key technology R&D service platform for biologics production, a drug molecular screening and design platform, and a large-scale fermentation and purification technology R&D service platform. It will provide enterprises with an integrated service for R&D, pilot-scale experiments, and production.

Covering 30,000 square meters and with a construction area of 150,000 square meters, the park is located on Linhui Road and near Metro Line 14’s Shatian Station. 

Delux Industrial Park

The Delux Industrial Park covers an area of approximately 100,000 square meters, with a total planned construction area of about 500,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive park that integrates high-quality R&D factories, apartments, commercial spaces, and other supporting facilities. The park mainly attracts enterprises in the fields of semiconductors, medical engineering, new energy, high-tech industries, lightweight R&D and e-commerce. Its positioning covers the entire cycle of “incubator-accelerator-large-scale enterprise cluster development,” forming an industrial ecological park for collaborative innovation between the semiconductor and medical engineering industries. With high-rise vertical factories, the park is under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

The park is located on Lanzhu East Road in Longtian Subdistrict and near Pingshan Center Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 14.

Senin Science Park

Senin Science Park, located on Lanjing North Road and near Kengzi Metro Station, has top-level Grade A office buildings, creating a comprehensive complex that integrates science and technology innovation, international business, leisure, and hotel apartments. The park also boasts an ecological office environment, with a total garden area of approximately 13,000 square meters and a high green coverage rate of up to 30%.

Skywell Building

Skywell Building is home to companies in the emerging industries. It integrates new energy industry chains, medical devices, integrated circuits, cultural creativity, intelligent manufacturing, the Internet of Things, and the information industry, offering pilot-scale experiment, R&D, production, and office services.

Covering 172,941 square meters and with a construction area of 271,649 square meters, the building is located on Huibei Road and near Metro Line 14’s Shatian Station.

Hepalink Biomedicine Park

Hepalink Biomedicine Park focuses on the incubation, cultivation, and expansion of biopharmaceutical companies, creating an environment that integrates R&D, pilot-scale experiments, clinical trials, production, office, business, exchange, and living. The Shenzhen Cell Valley South China Cell Factory in the park is the largest cell factory and the largest antiviral vector production line in South China. In addition to the cell valley, SUSTech Medi-X Pingshan is another significant organization in the park.

Covering 200,000 square meters and with a construction area of 450,000 square meters, the park is located on Rongtian Road and near Metro Line 14’s Shatian Station.
