1. Follow our official WeChat account (ID: szcxps) and select “服务” to find “民意速办”

You may also find “民意速办” on the menu bar of the WeChat account.

2. Choose a service you’re looking for — “咨询” for “consultancy,” “投诉” for “complaints,” and “建议” for “suggestions.” Write down your questions, complaints or suggestions in the blank below “内容描述”. Select “点击添加图片” to upload pictures if necessary. Please also write down your name below “您的名字(昵称)” and your phone number below “您的手机号码”.

Check “允许处置部门获取联系方式，与我电话沟通” if you allow the government department responsible for dealing with your questions to get your phone number and reach out to you by phone.

Check “我同意@坪山使用我提交的信息，查看《隐私政策》” and select “提交” to submit your questions.
