1. Follow the "坪山发布" WeChat account (ID: pingshanfb).

2. Click the "坪山站" button in the menu bar.

3. Select "预约登记" to access the application form.

4. Complete the form by providing your basic information, including the event description, number of participants, names of event organizers, dates and time slots, rooms you plan to use and your contact information. You will also have the option to specify whether your event will be private or public, whether you require meals and promotional materials, and whether you need audio and video facilities.
