More than 30 young talents who graduated from prestigious universities in Europe and North America attended an event Dec. 12 at “Pingshan Station” in Gangxia North to learn about Pingshan District’s preferential policies for overseas talents. The event was hosted by the Organization Department of the CPC Pingshan District Committee (District Talent Affairs Bureau) to attract exceptional overseas talent to work in Pingshan.

Representatives from Pingshan’s Development and Reform Bureau, Science, Technology and Innovation Bureau, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and Investment Promotion and Service Bureau introduced the district’s key industries, innovation platforms, and preferential policies for graduates from overseas universities. Companies and organizations, including BYD and SMIC, engaged in discussions with the young talents, answering their questions about employment and career development.
