Over 700 Chinese and expatriate residents participated in a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) event at “Pingshan Station” on Nov. 15. Hosted by Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedic Hospital (Shenzhen Pingshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital), the event provided complimentary pulse diagnosis, therapeutic massage, acupuncture, cupping therapy, moxibustion, scraping therapy, and more.
The medical staff shared insights on health tips and disease prevention during the event. Attendees at the event also enjoyed herbal tea beverages and snacks, along with participating in a lucky draw for the chance to win gifts.
An expat named Sean, who has resided in China for 20 years and has an interest in TCM, said that after experiencing a therapeutic massage at the event, he felt relaxed and at ease.
