The Shenzhen Pingshan District Government Service Center. 

The Shenzhen Pingshan District Government Service Center provides a wide range of public services, including market administration, social security, medical insurance, taxation, housing fund and talent services.

The center has recently installed AI-powered translation devices at its service counters. Each device features dual-sided displays that provide real-time translations, enabling both staff and foreign visitors to follow face-to-face conversations. The system integrates speech recognition, DeepSeek and the Spark large language model, supporting translation among 14 languages, including Chinese, English and French.

The lobby has bilingual signage and screens that display key policy information and video guides. The self-service area is equipped with computers, printers and a shredder; staff and volunteers are available to provide guidance, consultations, help with form filling and online searches, and free printing.

The center offers dedicated counters for wheelchair users and visitors with visual or hearing impairments. Assistive equipment includes a computer with a screen magnifier, screen reader and headphones. The facility also provides tactile paving, ramps, accessible parking, elevators with handrails, low-level control buttons, voice announcements and accessible restrooms with low-level controls. Other amenities include a baby care room, nursing sofas, a sterilized water dispenser, emergency call buttons, a children’s play area and a reading corner.

Free drinking water, a phone-charging station, public Wi-Fi, lost & found, a first-aid kit and an AED are available on site. The center can also provide wheelchairs, strollers, reading glasses and umbrellas, and maintains racks of policy documents for public reference.

Staff and volunteers are available to provide guidance and consultations.

Residents are advised to make a reservation before visiting by one of the following methods:

On the “i深圳” app: Change your location to “坪山区” (Pingshan District) on the front page, tap the “大厅预约” icon, and select “深圳市坪山区政务服务中心” to make a reservation.

On the “创新坪山” WeChat account: Tap “益企行” on the menu bar, select “政务服务”, then click “我要预约” and choose “深圳市坪山区政务服务中心”.
