The Maluan Subdistrict Management and Service Center for Expats, established by the Maluan Subdistrict Office, provides consulting services for foreign residents on a variety of topics, including visa and residency issues, education, business, career advice, and more.

The center is committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and harmonious living environment where every international resident can find a sense of belonging. The Maluan Subdistrict International Block regularly hosts events such as mountain hiking, handicrafts, outdoor sports, and potlucks, aiming to create a welcoming and vibrant neighborhood atmosphere for both Chinese and expatriate residents.
