Shenzhen’s official government service app, “iShenzhen” (i深圳), provides a comprehensive suite of services for residents, tourists, and enterprises, addressing essential needs including healthcare, education, transportation, and tourism. The app streamlines administrative tasks, allowing users to handle issues online without needing to visit government offices in person.

The app’s international version caters to a global audience, offering language options such as English, French, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and Russian, thereby providing expats with tailored administrative services and city information.

Residents in specific districts can access specialized services by navigating to their district’s page within the app. For Pingshan residents, simply tap the location button in the top-left corner, select 坪山区, and enter the dedicated Pingshan section, known as “iPingshan” (i坪山). To return to the main Shenzhen portal, tap the “i深圳” button in the top-right corner.
